Professor of Islamic Eschatology and director of Muslim rights concern in Nigeria, Ishaq Akintola, had this to say about the matter of child marriage.
“Islam has no age barrier in marriage and Muslims have no apology for those who refuse to accept this”

Sheikh Saleh bin Fawzan al-Fawzan, A member of Saudi Arabia’s high religious council had this to say,

“it is permissible for fathers to marry off their small daughters, even if they are in the cradle”

The director of religious affairs in Turkey “under Islamic law girls as young as nine can marry.”
It’s almost like Islam is trying to tell you something, no?

In the Quran, Surah 65:4

4. And those of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses. For them the ‘Iddah (prescribed period), if you have doubt (about their periods), is three months; and for those who have no courses [(i.e. they are still immature) their ‘Iddah (prescribed period) is three _months likewise, except in case of death]l1. And for those who are pregnant (whether they are divorced or their husbands are dead), their ‘Iddah (prescribed period) is until they lay down their burden; and whosoever fears Allâh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make his matter easy for him.

Narrated `Aisha: I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for `Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) (Fath-ul-Bari page 143, Vol.13)

Narrated `Aisha:

That the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).

حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَائِشَةَ وَهْىَ ابْنَةُ سِتٍّ وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهْىَ ابْنَةُ تِسْعٍ وَمَكَثَتْ عِنْدَهُ تِسْعًا‏.‏



Narrated ‘Urwa:
The Prophet (ﷺ) wrote the (marriage contract) with `Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death).



Muslims are to follow what the prophet Muhammad said and did in Islam;
“But no, by your Lord. They can have no Faith, until they make you (oh Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission. “Quran 4:65,

The Umma, Islamic community as a whole, are to see what ever Muhammad did as acceptable. Being that Muhammad is a prophet in their eyes it means that he is infallible. This is how and why Muslims get offended by criticism against Muhammad, so much so that they are willing to attack and murder for him. Just ask the family of Kurt Westergaard, who drew a mocking cartoon image of Muhammad wearing a bomb vest he was later murdered because of it.

Either way to criticize Muhammad is suicide in Islam, and the sources I wrote are primarily Sunni, in which I am most familiar. But Shia’s are not Immune from this pedophilic way of thinking.

Sunni’s make up 90% of the Muslim world of almost 2 Billion. Shia’s make up 10 to 15% of the Umma. They have their own respected sources like Kitab Al-Kafi. Well again I’m not familiar with it as much as I am Sunni being that they are more prominent, I can share an excerpt from a well-known Shia and I highly  respected amongst the twelver Shia community. Which makes up the majority of Shias. A man that was said to be guided by Allah himself, Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini, or more notably Ayatollah Khomeini. In his book Tahrir al-Wasilah, under marriage he had this to say.

“Problem 12. Intercourse with a woman is not allowed unless she attains the age of nine years regardless whether the marriage is permanent or temporary. There is, however, no objection in other enjoyments like touching lasciviously, hugging and rubbing the thighs even with a suckling infant. If a person has had_intercourse with a girl before she has attained the age of nine years, but it has not resulted in lfda, he shall not be subjected to any punishment, except that he shall be considered to have committed a sin, if his intercourse has resulted in lfda”, so that the urinal and menstrual or the menstrual and fecal passages have become one, she shall be rendered perpetually prohibited to him, though, according to the more cautious opinion, it shall be so in the latter case. In any case, according to the stronger opinion, she shall not cease to be his wife. So all the laws relating to her wifehood shal apply to her like mutual inheritance, prohibition on having a fifth wife, and the prohibition for the husband to marry her sister, etc. He shall be bound to maintain her as long as she is alive, even if he divorces her, rather, according to the more cautious opinion, even if she marries another husband after the divorce by the first husband, rather it is not devoid of force, and he shall also be bound to pay the Diyat for Ifda” to her, and that is equal to the Diyat of a human being. If the wife is a free woman, she shall receive half the Diyat of a man in addition to the dower to which she is entitled by virtue of the contract and consummation of marriage. If the husband performs intercourse with his wife after she has completed nine years of age, and it results in Ifda’, she shall neither be rendered unlawful to him, nor shall he be required to pay her Diyat. But, according to the more cautious opinion, he shall be bound to maintain her as long as she is alive, though, according to the stronger opinion, he is not bound to do so.”

If you missed that he said sexual intercourse with a “woman” is not allowed until they have reached the age of 9 years old. But clarifying with”There is, however, no objection in other enjoyments like touching lasciviously, hugging and rubbing the thighs even with a suckling infant.”. So as long as she you don’t penetrate the penis, other forms of intercourse are permitted even if the child is a “suckling infant”. Meaning even Months after the birth. This is again from a man who is considered to be guided by Allah himself. But he did not come up with that number of 9 years old for sexual intercourse for an arbitrary reason. No, remember, Muhammad is the pillar of conduct in Islam, so if he waited for Aisha to be 9 after marrying her at 6, then so be it ok for Muslims to follow. It’s just the way it is, Islam is not a complicated faith.

For some context, the Diyat or Diyya, is what is known in Sharia law as financial compensation or blood money, for harm and or killing not permitted in an Islamic way, Sharia. The Diyat or blood money being referred to in this context is the idea behind the two holes becoming one is not only in Shia sources but is documented more in Sunni sources as well. The two holes becoming one, or Al-Ifda is referring to a girl’s vaginal canal being ruptured in such a way that it then breaks into her anal canal hence two holes becoming one. The only way such a society would know about this sort of thing would be that many adult males in the Umma are rupturing these passages in the child’s body, making her useless for later trade and or selling in the Islamic community. No one wants a broken toy.

Modern Islamic scholars typically won’t touch these hadiths and practices pertaining to sex and/or marriage with children due to the West’s and much of the worlds moving on from barbaric ways of the past. And the ones that do defend this downplay it as for Western ears. Claiming that the age of nine is permitted in Islam for consummation so that no harm is done to the child. The harm that Islamic jurisprudence is talking about was the two holes becoming one. They were not concerned with the well-being of the child, more that they were concerned with the repurposing of the child.
In “Marriage According to the Five Schools of Islamic Law” by Muhammad Jawad Mughniyyah he had this to say about “Ifda”. “These four defects, which occur only among women give the husband according to the Malikis and the Hanbalis the right to annul the marriage contract. According to the Shafi’is, only in case of either al-ratq or al-qarn the husband has such a right, not when the wife suffers from al-‘ifda or al-‘afal. According to the Imamiyyah, such a legal effect follows only in the case of al-qarn or al-‘ifda’, not in the case of al-rarq or al-‘afal. They also state that the husband, if he wishes, can annul the marriage contract when he finds blindness or visible lameness in the wife after the conclusion of the contract if he had no knowledge of it before. But either of the defects when found in the husband does not give such a right to the wife.

Like I said, no one wants a broken toy, right?

Yet, it’s Christians who get reminded of the pedophile priests in the Catholic Church and charged for pedophilic teachings. I will soon write about the Priests atrocities and expose the hypocrites. Until then, think for yourselves people.
