The Islamic dilemma is, well what the title says it is, being that no Muslim understands it let alone solve it. This is either out of individual Muslim being to just ignorant of his or her own religion, ignorant of the fact that they are being lied to by their Muslim leaders, or willfully pretending to be ignorant to not admit this dilemma can’t be solved. No matter how you slice it the Muslim who knows of this and still remains a Muslim, is ignorant. Look at that, another dilemma. This of course is not new nor is it my creation. This is from the years work of Christian Apologists who debate Muslim Apologist regularly. There are hundreds of other dilemmas and more that all stemming from this.

So enough talk, here we go. In Quran 7:157, Muhammed got at a revelation from Allah saying,  “Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in what they have of the Torah and the Gospel, who enjoins upon them what is right and forbids them what is wrong and makes lawful for them the good things and prohibits for them the evil and relieves them of their burden and the shackles which were upon them. So they who have believed in him, honored him, supported him and followed the light which was sent down with him – it is those who will be the successful.”

Meaning, according to Islam, the Torah and the gospels that muhammad was affirming or the ones of his own time. If there was a a bible before that why would Allah, a “god” not know of it, and warn muhammad before affirming it in chapter 3:3-4.

Quran 3:3-4 “He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel. Before, as guidance for the people. And He revealed the Qur’an. Indeed, those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah will have a severe punishment, and Allah is exalted in Might, the Owner of Retribution.”

And Allah said that his words can’t be changed or corrupted. The revelation given to Muhammad from Allah, Quran 18:27, says “And recite, [O Muhammad], what has been revealed to you of the Book of your Lord. There is no changer of His words, and never will you find in other than Him a refuge.”


So if Allah’s words can’t be changed, and he sent down the Torah and the Gospels… finish the rest. Hence why it’s an Islamic dilemma.
